A Space to Move, Listen, and Return

Moving Parts is a somatic movement therapy space for adults and young people interested in movement, creativity,

and embodied wellbeing.

Sessions may include dance, somatic practice, improvisation, imagery, breath, and creative reflection. Together, these practices offer a gentle way to slow down, listen to the body, and explore movement as a pathway into expression, regulation, connection, and self-awareness.

Why Dance and Movement Therapy?

Supporting the Body

Movement therapy can support body awareness, coordination, mobility, and confidence in physical expression. It offers a gentle way to reconnect with the body through movement, rhythm, breath, and sensation.
